1MR One More Round is pleased to announce that we will be opening a new location at 410 Dufferin St. servicing Liberty Village, Queen West, The Junction, Parkdale, and Dufferin Grove in the heart of Toronto. 1MR One More Round was established in 2015 and has quickly become a leader of boxing, kickboxing and fitness classes in the Vaughan area.  We are excited to be bringing our award-winning classes to the community of downtown Toronto.

We understand people in Toronto are busy, so we have designed our classes to ensure maximum effectiveness and efficiency in our training. In just 45 minutes, you will get a full-body workout and gain fundamental boxing and kickboxing skills. A typical 45-minute class at 1MR burns 600-800 calories!

 For those who want to take their workout to the next level, at 1MR we offer heart rate and performance tracking. Strap up one of our branded 1MR Heart Rate Monitors and connect to our in house software to see your hard work in real time. Monitor your heart rate and calories burnt as you’re working out and receive an email following your class with all your fitness stats and improvements made along the way for optimal progression tracking.
